1205 Queen Street West
Rob Ciancamerla’s art focuses on applying mixed media to reclaimed wood and metal signage by layering paint and a variety found objects, textures, pictures, magazines and mementos. The result is a collage divide in three groupings: a dyptic, tryptic, and a collage of 9 squares. The installation sits in the lobby of 1205 Queen Street West. Rob dedicates this art to the residents of 1205 Queen, to create awareness of the history of the surrounding area of Queen Street West and Dufferin Avenue.
